Thanks for this thread, Hogarth. It's a
great record to keep. As you can see, I look a bit
different in the picture Hogarth took. I think it's the
hat.
Wow. I actually got a little emotional
when I looked at all these pictures. It's like looking
at old pictures of friends that you might never see
again...
Thank you very much,
sir! That was very thoughtful, and I'll be spending the
next few minutes right-clicking your handiwork into my
archives. Even though UO wasn't my 'hood, I spent a good
deal of time there and will remember you all
fondly.
I took a few KI pics myself, and will try
to get those posted soon.
I
got a couple pics of myself, since we're sharing photos.
Thanks again to Hogarth -- I've saved all of his pics to
a special folder, and have edited each to add names so I
don't forget you all.
Yes a big Thank you for taking so much
time to do the pic i really appreciate it as do many
others. i am keeping the pics of me and my fellow
Greeters to remember the good times we have had. It
was nice to have meet you. All the best for the
future.
Another personal shot...this one's my
Relto on Atrus. I'm not sure if we get to keep our
Imagers, so I thought this might be a nostalgic
keeper...(note fireflies...I hope they survive the
shutdown!)...
Hogarth your picture of the lone
explorer in the hood made me cry. I will always miss so
much of what could have been. I feel like that what you
caught in that picture could act as a poster child sort
of a shot of what could have been and how much this game
has effected all of our lives. I have no dought that
when I return to an empty hood when this game is offline
only. I will sit in that same location and cry some
more. Thank you so much for taking the time to post
these pictures. I have been a gamer for many years, but
I have never had a game make me cry before. Uru is truly
a very special game and I will miss you all so much.
